Renee has offered seminars in the City to both the Bank of New York and Pershing Bank, getting involved in the Health at Work initiative. She has worked closely with these global Banks to raise the agenda of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Having researched the growing importance of mental health and physical health and the effects a drop in health can have on performance and effectiveness in the workplace. Renee is in a unique position to highlight to blue chip establishments a clearly links between protective the physical and mental health of employees and increase output and productivity across the board.
Stress, depression and anxiety are reported to be the most common reason for staff absence, Renee’s seminars and one to one sessions with employees are focused around address stresses in the workplace, the types of rut that can begin to occur in office workers diet and how simple changes to their diet can help with both mental and physical health.
Feedback from both employer and employees has been most positive and not only reduced absent, but offered a positive change in the working environment with raising awareness to the impact diet can have on health and more importantly raising and open culture to discuss all aspects of health in the workplace.
