Welcome back
Launched earlier this week, I’ve already been overwhelmed by the love and support this new version of my RawChi living has received and by your positive feedback regarding my new lines.
Restructuring has felt bold, yet the right move, our world is changing, our connections to our own self and our world around us has also taken a restructuring of sorts and never been stronger, the positives I take from the Covid Pandemic is that many of us have had to taken a step back and looked inside ourselves and discover our true self.
During this time we have had to try to maintain a separation of space between our home life and that of work, in often limited spaces. This makes it sometime hard to switch off from our day job to assume the role of teacher, cook, cleaner, carer, gardener and whatever hat you happen to wearing on any given day.
Being able to look both inwards at my mind, body and soul while also working on my external sanctuary has given me the balance to stay centred, which is the whole premise of me wanting to extend my passions to you and address the balance I am enjoying in my Homelife.
Often when I gave a seminar on nutrition I would always be hasty to add that stress can be the biggest factor in poor health and not just what we put in our body but the feelings we give out. Many of us have undergone periods of stress and been tested in our homes over the last year. Few things create mental unrest like clutter. By decluttering your home, you can also declutter your mind and then you have space to add piece that lift you and allow the calm to wash over you.
Check out my latest blog on finding peace and calm within your home.
